Okay, so it seems like the driver attempted to reach you but there was no answer, there was also an attempt from us to reach you in which we sent you a text message and email as well as left a voice mail. Do you have any of these notifications?
My apologies for this inconvenience. It seems that the driver did try to deliver the order. Since he was not able to find you, he gave us a call and we as well tried to reach you. We called you several times, sent a text message and also sent an email. And actually, we requested for the driver to wait at your delivery address for 10 more minutes than he should. It is, for this reason, I cannot provide a refund on this order.

What was their issue: The driver is telling me that the restaurant is closed.
What action did we take: I call the restaurant to confirm. ( ringto/primary) no one answers the phone. I took them off-line, cancel the order, provide them with the corresponding concessions.
