I am prince walia from stat cred process and I have more than one year experience including both shifts.
Regarding work orders, I did not do because my mentor behavior was very cruel yesterday. Due to client escalation, I worked in office to 12 hours. Even though came office on Saturday.
About my 5 month production , Quality and attendence I have met all criterias. After that my mentor takes work from me like a slave. His dealing with users are very poor. He does not know how to assist user and how to take work from them and everytimes changes his statement regarding work.
About managment, they do not know how to manage work even though if we shares innovative ideas and they always refuses to apply them.
