In this video we can see two situations, one he stole the flag and rushed into horde after being warned that we will report his behavior. Only because there was only one horde player he didn't drop it immediately. The second situation he HoP'ed our flag carrier when he was near a wall, making FC drop the flag inside it, where it remained unpickable until it respawned back in horde base, giving them a free point.

There is only a screen, but it's clearly visible what is happening. He HoP'ed me when I was carrying a flag (nobody even attacked me, so it was not an attempt to help the team by repicking) and then rushed into full team of horde, losing it obviously.

This player also frequently refuse to play, avoiding AFK kicking mechanism. He was boasting about having multiple accounts and it's not a rare sight to see him afking in one faction and playing in another. Like here:

His character name here is "Whysoez". He was afking in alliance team on the beach while playing his prot warrior in horde. He was boasting on chat how he shield slammed player Nutx and destroyed her vehicle.

This guy is like a definition of a player who should be banned. I don't know the drill with banning players, but I would recommend checking his IP and banning his all accounts, since banning only one will be unnoticeable punishment for him. I hope the evidence is enough to take some steps in this matter and I thank you in advance.
