First and foremost, I need to figure out where the money is either being taken out or not given all upfront. The three suspects are Cher, Doug, and Debra. Cher works with sorting the daily mail and documenting statements that Doug has done. Doug takes care of filing all payments received and writing checks to the company's bill collectors. Debra looks over all of the transactions to make sure that all the money is there and counted for, nothing missed.
What I am thinking is that someone is doing more than lying, sneaking. At first, I thought the suspect was Doug. If he works with filing the payments coming in and going out, then maybe he could easily have had the opportunity to forward a check to his account which would lead to stealing the money. Shortly after, I realized that Debra, the woman who totals everything up at the end, would see a fault in Dougs' part and get caught stealing the money which would lead to termination and a report against his crime.
