I hid the extension button for MetaCert from the browser bar.
In the Chromium OS settings I changed the default search engine for Chromium to www.kiddle.co (Google's kid friendly search engine).
In the Chromium OS setting I disabled the guest account and restricted the sign-in to the account of my choice.
Lastly I disabled incognito mode via this list of steps.
Enter terminal with ctrl + alt + t
type "shell" then press "enter" to enter the shell
type "sudo su" and press "enter" to become the super user
enter "chrome" as the password
type "mount -o rw,remount /" and press "enter" to make the file system writable
type "mkdir -p etc/chromium/policies/managed" and press "enter" to make the directory
type "cd etc/chromium/policies/managed" and press "enter" to go the the directory
type "cat > noincognito.json" and press "enter" to create the file and enter the text editor.
type "{ "IncognitoModeAvailability": 1 }" and press ctrl+d to exit the text editor.
