5. Why do I not see the CoD option?

In our efforts to ensure a safe, no-contact delivery, we have ‘Pay online before delivery’ option available. Through this payment mode, you can choose to place an order and pay for it online anytime before delivery through our app. This way, the Wishmaster can deliver the items you ordered at your doorstep/security gate for your convenience.

6. I choose ‘Pay online before delivery’ option but I do not have any option to pay online, can I pay by cash?

Not to worry, in case you are unable to make an online payment, you can pay the Wishmaster during delivery through cash/card on delivery based on availability.
However, we care for your safety and recommend completing the payment online for a safe, no-contact delivery amidst the COVID-19 outbreak.

7. Why is my order cancelled? (Non-essentials)
