There is a penalty for late payment which depends on the outstanding amount due as on the 10th of the month.

Further delays in payment may lead to deactivation of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ account and suspension of any further purchases on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile app and Flipkart m-website. Legal action will also be initiated against delinquent customers.
If you've haven't made the payment post 45 days of the due date, BNPL option will be disabled. You can also pay at the 'Flipkart Pay Later' section under 'My Account' in Flipkart.
We completely understand and this isn't something we would want you to go through. We assure you that feedback has been shared with the seller and the courier partner and they're working on putting in additional measures to avoid instances like these.
