We understand that you want to update your contact number for other account.

We are sorry for the trouble you had to go through.

Please write back to us from your registered email id you have used for your previous account so that we can help you out.

However, we would like to let you know that updating/changing the registered phone number is very simple and can be done only from our website at the moment.

Here's how you can do it:

• Click http://fkrt.it/sDaT4pNN

• Click 'Edit' and enter your new registered phone number and select 'Add'

• A verification code will be sent to your old and new registered phone number which is valid only for 10 minutes from the time it is sent to you

• Enter it in the text box and click 'Save Changes'

Please be reminded that you should have access to both old and new contact number as the OTP’s will be sent to both the ID’s.

Your registered phone number will get updated and you can continue using your Flipkart account after that.
