1. You can recharge your Tata Sky account on our website using a credit /debit card / net banking account / PayTM/MVisa option on www.mytatasky.com or by selecting ‘Quick Recharge' option from the homepage on www.tatasky.com. It is safe, secure & convenient.
You can also choose wallet payment option from the available list of online wallets.
2. Now Recharge is as easy as saying ‘Hi' on Facebook messenger. Chat with us on FB messenger and get your recharge done.
3. Recharge using Tata Sky Helpline:
You can recharge your Tata Sky account by calling our helpline and using debit/credit card option on IVR.
4. You can contact your nearest Tata Sky dealer to buy a recharge voucher or simply pay him for an electronic Top Up & your account will be recharged immediately.
5. We also have ‘e SMS' facility which is available only for ICICI Bank Savings Account customers. Simply type an SMS in the format given below and send to 9222208888
DTH < space > Subscriber ID < space tatasky< space > Amount < space > Last 6 digits of your ICICI bank account number
6. Auto Debit Facility:
By using Auto Debit facility, you authorize Tata Sky to debit your bank account/credit card for a fixed amount of Rs. 500 each time your Tata Sky account balance reaches Rs. 200. You will have to first register for this facility. The details of the Auto Debit Facility is available on this link: http://www.tatasky.com/ways-to-recharge-auto-debit.html
To register, download the Auto Debit Form from our website www. tatasky.com and select ‘Help' section. Fill it in triplicate and mail it with all the relevant documents to:
