We understand your concern that you want to change the payment mode of your order '_________________' for '' from cash on delivery to prepaid.

We would like to let you know that you will get the 'Pay now' option when the order status is between 'Approved' to 'Out for Delivery'.

Below are the scenarios for which this feature will be available:

1. Orders with single unit
2. From 'Approved till dispatched', the Cash on Delivery to Prepaid payment option is available for all courier service providers.
3. Once the item is 'Dispatched till Out for Delivery', the Cash on Delivery to Prepaid payment option is available only for Ekart shipments.
4. The status of the order is between 'Approved to Out for delivery'.
5. Current payment mode is Cash on Delivery.
6. You can change the payment mode through Self-serve (web/app) or using the link provided to you via an/sms.

Steps to make payment:

1. You will see a new button 'PAY NOW' on web/ App under 'Track your order'.
2. Once you click on this button, a new page will open up with the list of payment options.
3. You will have the option to select from Net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card to make the payment (EMI, Gift Card, Flipkart Paylater payment method will not be available).
4. Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected to 'Order Details' page with the new payment mode and appropriate message.
5. Payment information will be sent to 'Ekart Logistics' and payment mode will be updated to prepaid, so that 'Ekart Logistics' will not ask you for payment at the time of delivery.
6. If the payment is unsuccessful/ fails, you will see a failure message and can retry the payment after 30 minutes.

Moreover, once the Cash on Delivery orders have been marked as 'Out for Delivery', you can pay using PhonePe payment option via the payment link in the Out for delivery SMS from Ekart (Only if the shipment is eligible).

Cardless Credit
EMI payments
Google Pay

Note: In order to maintain the security of your account, please do not share your credit/debit card number/ CVV/ PIN with anyone. Flipkart or its executives do not ask you for your password. Flipkart will not be responsible for any unauthorised usage of your credit card/ bank account.

We would like to let you know that the courier service provider has confirmed that the shipment of your product was delivered to you on _______.

We'd like to let you know that the seller has refunded of Rs. ___/- for your order to your ____ on _____ with the reference number: _____ and this amount should have been credited by now.

If the amount has not been credited, please contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card and check the status by providing the reference number. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
