Here are the direction for setting up your team. Although they are the same as the ones you received in the diab.


## Install the application
When you are ready please download the CrossClave application:

On Windows and Mac installation follows the standard app installation steps. The Android version needs to be side loaded.

You can perform the rest of the steps on desktop or on mobile, though we recommend using a computer as it makes some of the steps a bit easier.

## Account Creation
Once you have opened the application you will be prompted to sign up.

Enter : https://flowblock.spideroak-demos.com/2a4889347a8ae050d8fded3d4631f00bb6a4b9184cfa1445fcc44952acd81325
as the Team URL. This tells the application which server to connect to.

Next it will prompted you to save your Key. **This steps is very important! Make sure to save your Key as SpiderOak cannot recover it.** The Key is used when setting up additional devices.

Copy the key, save it in a password manager or print out a paper copy, then hit continue. On the next page you will be prompted to re-enter your key.

The following page is a split screen. On the right, under Create Team, paste in the following as the Setup URL: https://flowblock.spideroak-demos.com/2a4889347a8ae050d8fded3d4631f00bb6a4b9184cfa1445fcc44952acd81325


The final step in your account creation is your Invite ID. This is used to add users to a team. If you are creating a team you will not need to copy your Account ID, but if you are joining a team please copy the Account ID and send it to the team admin (or the person who invited you to the team) so they can add you.

## Creating a Team
The following screen asks you to name your team. This is only visible to you and the people on your team, not to SpiderOak employees.

Next, enter your name. This is what others on your team will see listed whenever you upload or edit files, participate in a chat, etc.

Your team has now been created. You can add spaces by clicking the New Space button.

## Adding Users to your Team
Click on the team name at the top of the left sidebar, then click Settings. Your team will be listed under Teams. Click your team, then click Team Directory. Clicking the + icon at the top right allows you to add users to your team using their Invite ID. Enter their name, and paste their Invite ID in the User Account ID space, then click Send Invitation. Repeat this process for all users you want to add to your team.

Under permissions you can change team members to administrator status as needed. We recommend always having at least two admins. Admin permissions can also be changed to normal user permissions on this screen. Under Remove, users can be removed from the team.
