This is in reference to your request for transfer of connection of your Tata Sky account. Kindly go through the below procedure for transfer of connection - . Your account should be in active status. Transferor's account should be more than 6 months (180 days) old. If account to be transferred partially (only multi TV), kindly revert to us with the Set Top Box details. To process the request, please send No Objection Certificate and the self-attested ID proof. To download the NOC format, log in to www.tatasky.com > Click on Help tab > scroll down > click on ‘Customer care' tab > on scrolling down, please select ‘Click here' at the Transfer of Connection section. The form will open. Fill the form duly signed by both yourself and the person who is taking the connection and send the scanned copy to [email protected] from your registered Email ID. Once the request is processed, we will be unable to take a new request for Transfer, split or merger for 6 months. For a deceased customer, Death Certificate and a Succession Certificate OR NOC from the surviving heirs with an Affidavit of Indemnity is necessary. NOC on the letterhead of the company signed by the authorized representative is mandatory for Transfer of Connection from Individual account to a company and vice-versa. In a complete account transfer, old ID gets permanently cancelled and cannot be reactivated. The recordings/Zeetos points if any will be lost during the Transfer of Connection. Also, you will lose the offer package if activated in your account. Minimum balance of one day's DBR for activation in the new account is mandatory to process the request. Relocation charges are applicable if required.
