This year in earth science helped me to understand how the environment is changing for the worst, and how we can positively impact it. in our recent energy unit, I learned about how every single year, we burn more fossil fuels for our energy, which leads to more carbon dioxide in the environment. However, there are other alternative ways to get energy without damaging the environment that much and without exerting too much more effort or money. This excites me, as I am aware that many companies are making a conscious effort to try to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions. I am also excited because I am aware that I can help the environment by taking more public transportation and try to use less paper. Also, while learning about water, it really interests me
