Были проблемы с банком и все депозиты от 07/08/2020 отклонили, Мы позвонили в понедельнгик (07.27) и нам сказали, что до конца рабочей недели деньги скинут на наш аккаунт, но денег пока что нет, узнать когда будут ( 07.08 была оплата за большое количество нерабочих недель Back week payment)
(результат прошлого прозвона Jill Roode: оператор передал информацию сьюпервайзеру холдера. Депозиты перечислят на тот же акк до конца этой недели – проверять в личном кабинете) *в личном кабинете проверили изменений никаких
Так же в аккаунте мы видим, что депозиты 07,24 и 07,28 были оплачены директ депозитом, но мы не видим их в нашем аккаунте. (мы звонили в банк-нам ответили, что не поступали данные депозиты.)
хотим узнать когда они поступят на наш аккаунт и как быть дальше
