need to do a clean cicso install -
Environment
Windows: the Client is actually installed.
Cause
"Something has happened to that machine that the head end can't find the posture module.
It's become read only and it needs to be RW."
Resolution
1. Go to the Control Panel, Programs and Features, and uninstall all "Cisco Anyconnect" programs.
2. Ensure "Show hidden files and folders" is enabled in Windows Explorer
3. Delete the following folders:
C:ProgramDataCiscoCisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
C:UsersusernameAppDataLocalCiscoCisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
4. Go to help.mentor.com
5. Click on VPN Resources
6. Click on "Software" under the section that matches your installation type, and click on the OS that matches your system
7. Download the ZIP folder, install the programs within, in order from bottom to top
8. Launch the client
9. If the "Connect to" field is blank, type "vpn-wv.mentorg.com/2fa", and hit connect
If this does not work, there is a separate module for "posture" which may help. Assuming this is a Mentor system, and you have a DART bundle, escalate to GNS.
