Bard of Heart: One who Invites Destruction of Heart or one who Invites Destruction through Heart

Bards have easy going, laid back and/or avoidant, cowardly personalities. They ghost their opposite Aspect until a dire crisis pushes them into their own. Their challenge is to not be ruled by the whims of their Aspect.

A Bard of Heart, as a destructive Heart player, ghosts Mind at first. They don’t like being very open and honest about themselves or their opinions and they don’t feel comfortable revealing who they really are or what they really think. They prefer to avoid or stifle their own emotions or desires out of a discomfort towards them and are instead very apathetic and uncaring about most things. They avoid passionately emotional people because they can be overwhelmed by their own emotions and the emotions of others very quickly. They choose to deny or hide their own passions and feelings, bottling them up because they think them unimportant or they don’t actually want them or they are unable to deal with them.

They quiet any personal bias they might have within themselves and prefer to blend in rather than stand out as different. This often ends up with the Bard of Heart quietly going along with the louder more emotional forces in their group, stifling their own Heart to blend in with the Heart’s of others. A Bard of Heart’s crisis would involve them suddenly being overwhelmed by their own passionate feelings about something. They’ve bottled up who they are and what they’ve truly felt for too long and now lack rational or reasonable thought about it and are ruled by their own their desires and passions and emotions.

Something riled them up, pushed them too far and made them passionate about something for their crisis to happen. Something they could no longer quiet or stifle down. Maybe a part of their Heart, Soul or inner self was revealed to someone or something that they didn’t want to reveal it to, maybe they could no longer hold it all in and it burst open like a Molotov cocktail of tears, laughter and screaming. They bleed their Hearts out in the open and pour out who they are, what they love, what they hate and what they need and crave no matter how unreasonable or how irrational it all seems to others. They open up in a forceful destructive explosion of the Soul.
