Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Anatomi eğitiminde standartları yüksek bir fakültedir. Hem yoğun kadavra eğitimi, hem de öğretim üyesi sayısının fazlalığı ile anatomi eğitimi oldukça güçlü bir haldedir. Çok sayıda öğretim üyesinin olmasının yanı sıra her birinin Tıp Doktoru olması da anatomi eğitiminin temel bilimler dersi olmasına rağmen klinikle fazlasıyla iç içe gitmesini sağlamaktadır. Türkiye'nin en güçlü anatomi eğitimi kadrosu olarak 12 öğretim üyesi ile Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Anatomi Ana Bilim Dalı hem SİSTEMATİK hem de TOPOGRAFİK anatomi eğitimi vermektedir. Bu eğitim modeli de yine fakültemizdeki anatomi eğitimini diğer fakültelerden ayıran ve güçlü kılan bir modeldir.
Cerrahpaşa'da anatominin hem teorik eğitimi hem de pratik eğitimi 1.sınıfın ilk haftasından başlamakta 2. ve 3. sınıflarda da yoğun olarak devam etmektedir. Ayrıca 3.sınıfta dileyen öğrencilerimizle TOPOGRAFİK ANATOMİ kurulu dahilinde kadavra üzerinde disseksiyon yapabilmekteyiz, böylece anatomik yapılar ve insan bedeni hakkında daha çok bilgi sahibi olabiliyoruz.
