Hi Stephanie, My name is Carlos and I am the manager in Noodleosophy. First of all, thanks for trying out our homemade noodle. I want to give you an explanation about why there was a delay when you picked your bowl of noodle. We are a noodle shop and we specialize in crafting noodles. We understand the nature of noodle and we always want to serve our customers the best noodle possible as long as fast service. Noodles always taste the best when it's fresh. Based on our three years of experience in business, 80%of our customers come to pick up their order after 30 minutes later or even longer. Thus, if we prepare the bowl of noodle right after we got the order, by the time our customers pick up the food and take it home, it probably takes more than an hour and it won't taste as good as fresh. Plus it normally take us less than eight minutes to prepare the noodle when the store is not busy. Thus, we usually wait until our customers come to the store and start preparing it.
