Que amplia a previsão no Código Penal (Decreto-lei 2848/40 ) para o crime de tráfico de pessoas. Pelo texto, comete o crime quem agenciar, aliciar, recrutar,transportar, transferir ou comprar
para remoção de órgãos, trabalho análogo a escravo, servidão, adoção ilegal e exploração sexual.
lembrando que o Brasil está entre os dez países com mais vítimas do tráfico internacional de pessoas.
