Why was/is this question important? What was the goal of the experiments? Hint: Look at the abstract and introduction for the motivating question. If not apparent there, look at the discussion/conclusion, since the "answer" may provide a clue to the question!

What specific results were obtained from the methods utilized?
If useful in illustrating important concepts or findings, use a figure or table.
Are the findings presented supported by persuasive data (evidence)?
Do the data provide a clear answer to the problem/question/hypothesis pursued?
4. What is the significance of the results (Discussion)? What are the implications of the research? (Conclusion/Significance)?
What is(are) the most important finding(s) of the study (key points)?
What do you perceive to be important about this study?
What are the implications of the discovery (especially in terms of the key points you wish to make)?
What is unique or unusual about this study? Did/how did this work alter the scientific context?
How does the discovery (or discoveries) from this work fit into the larger perspective in this area?
