Sejak kecil tinggal di Jakarta dengan kedua orang tuanya. Hidup berkecukupan dan lumayan sederhana.
Hobinya dari jaman sekolah dasar adalah membaca komik dan menonton kartun indos*ar setiap hari minggu.
Kebiasaan itu menghilang saat dia beranjak dewasa. Disibukan dengan berbagai tugas sekolah dan hobi barunya yang lain. Namun, Tanaya jadi gemar menggambar dan menyukai sesuatu yang berbau seni.
Demi menyalurkan hobi dan mengembangkan bakat, Tanaya akhirnya mengambil Program Studi Seni rupa. Tentu saja terjadi banyak perdebatan dengan kedua orang tuanya sebelum teejadi sebuah kesepakatan.
Setelah mendapat gelar sarjana, Tanaya memutuskan untuk tinggal sendirian di sebuah apartemen tak jauh dari kediaman orang tuanya. Dia membuka kelas melukis dan terkadang menerima job dari client. Beberapa orang berminat dan membeli lukisan yang dipostingnya melalui media sosial.
