Daun Bawang.
Saya memilih untuk menanam daun bawang karena khasiatnya yang cukup menguntungkan bagi saya yang tukang begadang. Dan cara menanamnya juga mudah dan tak terlalu memakan banyak tempat.
Daun bawang memiliki kandungan zat besi yang baik untuk menjaga kesehatan sel-sel darah merah dan meningkatkan kesehatan hemoglobin. Kandungan zat besi dalam daun bawang juga berfungsi untuk mencegah anemia.
Cara menanam Daun Bawang:
- Buat lubang tanam pada pot atau polybag yang telah disiapkan. Dalam lubang tanam sekitar 10 cm.
- Masukan bibit tanaman, satu wadah untuk satu tanaman. Posisi tanaman tegak berdiri. Kemudian tutup dengan media tanam hingga kuat mencengkeram.
- Siram bibit tersebut agar tetap lembab. Penyiraman pada awal pertumbuhan bisa setiap hari, jangan terlalu banyak air. Selanjutnya bisa disiram 2-3 hari sekali. Waktu penyiraman yang paling baik, pagi sebelum jam 9.00 atau sore hari setelah pukul 17.00.
Waktu yang tepat untuk penanaman adalah pada pagi data sore hari. Letakkan pot atau polybag di tempat yang mendapat penyinaran matahari penuh.
Untuk keperluan harian tidak perlu menunggu hingga tanaman bawang daun siap panen. Tanaman yang telah berumpun banyak bisa diambil sebagian kapan saja. Dan sisanya dibiarkan tumbuh.
