Peel garlic
Garlic paste
Shallots (2 shallots/half an onion)
Broccoli
Garlic and onion in pan (with oil warmed up)
[ Chicken / Bacon at this stage ]
Mix veggie & chicken stock cube into jug of water
Add broccoli to pan and let it cook for a bit
Add rissotto
Add jug of water with stock
Keep adding water when needed (rice will absorb it)
Stir in cheese
Add cream if you want
Salt & Pepper
Cook until rice is done (keep tasting)
Cheese on top
