True the behavior or rdma module loading or not loading started after customer patching but they do this regularly every quarter and have not encountered this before.
We've already investigated in the RAC, Exadata and IB side and issue points to this source of rdma module inconsistently loading
This collab SR specifically created to investigate that issue so don't put this back to CUS without proper research/analysis/findings. If you need to engage Linux Dev, please do so ASAP
This is a highly visible SR at Exec. Level.
