False: While this is a widely accepted myth, there is actually no evidence to back it up. That being said, it is still very important to stay hydrated. In order to do this, remember to always have something to drink whenever you are thirsty, preferably water

3. Sleeping enough is an important part of your health and helps you keep mentally and physically healthy
True: It’s very important to feel rested in order to feel your best. I know a lot of you probably know the feeling of not being at your best because you didn’t sleep enough, or you are tired. For your age group it’s recommended to get about 9-12 hours of sleep per night

4. Using Hand Sanitizer is just as good as washing your hands, and you can use hand sanitizer instead.
False: Washing your hands is better than using hand sanitizer in most cases. This is because hand sanitizer can dry your hands out, and is only effective against germs, and not dirt or particles.

5. It is recommended that you exercise every day for about an hour.
True: In order to stay fit and healthy, it is very important that you exercise regularly. You can swim or dance or play soccer, all these count as excersising!
