i'm glad pipedrive has finally launched their chatbots, it is quite a feature!

with fchat, you can have bots popping up instantly and precisely answer customer queries and further engage with them based by identifying user intent. All this apart from being used to capture leads as well.That there is customer delight!
another standout feature with Fchat is our capability to trigger campaigns based on user activity; say the user is on pricing page of your website, the bot can be set to pop up and flash a discount code that may push the customer to the finish line; this isn't yet possible on pipedrive.
Both the tools have similar functionalities when it comes to chatting with a live agent and widget customisation.
In conclusion, I would say pipedrive is more of an agent assist bot whereas FC is more of an user engagment and acquisition bot
