We understand that the charger is not working of your product ‘Realme XT (Pearl White, 64 GB)’.
We are sorry that it’s taken us longer than expected to respond to your email due to high contact volumes we’re experiencing at the moment and this is not something we'd want you to go through.
We’d request you to get in touch with the brand authorised service centre and they'll be able to help you out with any product related support you may need as your product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty of 01 year for the handset and 06 months for accessories.
Also, we understand that the warranty period for the accessories had already been lapsed. However, you can still get in touch with the brand and they'll be happy to help you out.
We’d also like to let you know that any further charges will be communicated by the brand.
The invoice for this product can be used to avail services at the brand's authorised service centres within the warranty period.
