Job Profile :
Roles and responsibilities:

Monitor calls remote and side by side.

Achieve the target number of call monitors for their respective processes.

Provide feedback to teams on the basis of their performance

Conduct briefings for teams

Conduct floor improvement activities on a regular basis.

Work closely with the teams to achieve Quantitative and

Qualitative targets specified by the Client.

Ensure regular meetings with Quality TL (weekly) & (monthly) to be informed of any developments relating to the performance of the team and updates received.

Attend calibration sessions with clients and internal teams

Tenure:

Vertical:-Minimum 9 months in the organization (Graduation).

Lateral:-Minimum 9 months in the organization (Graduation)

Product / Process Trainer

Minimum 9 moth of experience in organization

Good communication skills in English

Good & above rating in score card

Good Presentation skills, Jump certification will be of additional advantage

Working knowledge in MS office

Attendance:

No NCNS in last 3 months

No unplanned leaves in the last 3 months

90% in the last 3 months as on date of IJP roll out desirable.

Any other:

Should not be on an active CAP/ DAP/EDP as on date of application

Qualification:

Graduate with 9 months of experience in -Teleperformance from a recognized university.

Performance Rating:

Applicant should have a minimum rating of “Successfully Achieved” / Good or above in the last appraisal cycle.
