Stand Ability: Can assemble and disassemble stands, given it's name. Though, the ability can malfunction at times, such as when the stand is feeling anger or a strong negative emotion.

Description: Holds a scalpel to constantly stab the opponent during it's barrage attack. It's an evil stand, and can disassemble parts of the enemy stand after activating it's ability. Once the ability is activated, it takes 3 seconds, and then starts deteriorating the enemy stand, piece by piece. The stand's eyes cause dizziness to anybody that stares into them as well.
