6 pounds sườn heo non, cắt thành hai phần

1/4 teaspoon gừng xay nhuyễn
1/2 cup mật ong
1/4 cup nước tương (loại giảm Natri - reduced-sodium)
cup: cốc - khoảng 250ml
teaspoon: muỗng cà phê
tablespoon: muỗng canh
Hướng dẫn
1. Đặt sườn sườn vào trong một cái chảo lớn (có thể xài trong lò nướng); đổ 1 cốc (cup - 250ml) nước lên sườn. Đậy lại và nướng ở 350 °F trong 1 đến 1 / 2 giờ.
2. Trong một bát nhỏ, trộn đường nâu, bột ngô, bột tỏi và gừng xay. Cho mật ong vào, nước tương và 1 cốc nước còn lại (250ml) và khuấy lên cho đến khi mịn (nước sốt). Sau khi nướng với thời gian trên (bước 1), vớt hết mỡ ra và đổ nước sốt lên sườn.
3. Nướng không đậy nắp trong 45 phút hoặc cho đến khi thịt mềm; thỉnh thoảng rưới nước sốt từ dưới lên sường. Hoàn thành: cắt thành miếng vừa ăn.
