To whom It May Concern:
I, Mibzar Miguel Tobar, through this documentI want to explain why my divorce
with my ex-wife Elvi Elsira and the subsequent marriage to Carlota Elcira were in
such a short time.
I separated from my wife Elvi Elsira Díaz in August 2013 in the state of Florida,
and I decided to come to live in Texas to put distance between us, our discussions
and problems as a couple were already very difficult to solve, we were hurt by being
together and We both agreed to end our marriage.
In May 2014 I met Carlota Elcira here in Texas, whom I had known since
childhood, and she had come to live in this country. We started a friendly relationship
and with the passing of the months I fell in love with her because she is a very
honest tender person and of very good habits. We both felt very comfortable
together and I decided to ask her to be my girlfriend in January 2015 we started a
more serious relationship and went to live together to have our own home.
My now wife had previously married and was separated from her ex-husband due
to domestic violence and many problems since her husband is too violent with her,
escaping from the abuse and abuse of her husband, she came to live in the United
States. We both started our divorce proceedings from previous marriages and I
sought an attorney in March 2015, but it is a slow process, so it took me almost two
years to get a divorce. Meanwhile our relationship continued to strengthen and
consolidate our love so we made plans to get married and be a true marriage before
God whom we serve and we always want to please, she divorced in March 2016 and
I until December 2016.
I was very anxious to marry her, so I decided that it would be before the end of
2016 for us on a special day on December 24 as it is Christmas Eve and that is why
we chose that date, we decided to travel to Florida where we married and celebrated
with our families in a simple but very loving reunion and until today we have been a
marriage where love prevails respect and day by day we feel more in love with each
other at this moment we have my son Esdras Miguel, 16 years old. He is the product
of my previous marriage and came to live with us because the mother did not want to
have him with her anymore and decided to give it to me.
Carlota Elcira has been a good wife and a great help to educate my son, she
always teaches him very good habits and guides him teaching him the fear and love
of God and he is always in his care even though I am not at home because
sometimes I work far from my home and for the last two years she is always taking
care of my son and just as she has shown her love for us and solidarity I also love
her children and I wish to have Victor Andres close with whom I have a great
friendship and close relationship of being like a second father to him.
