[CW FOR ABUSE, DEATH, AND SUICIDAL THOUGHTS IN CENSORS.]

- Hinako grew up in an abusive and pretty garbage household. Her family wasn't poor by any means and was middle class, and her dad was a well respected police officer while her mom posed as your typical housewife- though behind closed doors it was pretty awful.

- Her dad was both ||physically and mentally abusive towards her mom for as long as she could remember. If he was sober, it was the guilt tripping- little things about the meals she prepared, her weight, etc. But at other times, it was worse.||
- Her mom tried her best to keep Hinako away from it but she'd still hear it happen. ||Sometimes she'd even meet her father's wrath when her mom wasn't around.||
- Her school began to suspect something when she was around 10 after ||arriving with a broken arm. When she was younger she was a lot more reclusive and not as "tough".||
- Her dad got charged after some time, but her mom grew to be pretty paranoid. ||Hinako would have to come home to comfort her mother all the time since she was fucking terrified of her father, who was released on bail during this process, shooting them dead or something. It was kind of scary to be around her, but Hinako dealt with it so she wouldn't be taken away from her mom.||
- Her dad's police buddies managed to help out a bit and framed Hinako's mom as the wrong one and basically victimized her, and eventually slowly turned the case around. He'd eventually be found not guilty.

- ||Only then did he break into the house... How he found their new home was unknown, but he easily killed her mother. Hinako didn't realize what was going on at first and just blearily saw her father standing in the doorway, looking over at her with something in hand- the only hesitation she ever saw from him. Just a few moments he went into the other room and shot himself.||
- ||She just sort of sat with her dead mother's body for a bit and refused to get near her dad's body. Neighbors would eventually call the police and she'd be taken away, but the damage was already done.||

- ||Although she wasn't okay before, it messed up her psyche real bad- before this, she wasn't even living a normal life as a kid due to what happened with her mom. She just began to act tough and rude towards others in order to keep them away from her, and she holds a lack of belief in the world around her. They didn't safe her mother who was a victim. They didn't safe her. Why should she want to be around them?||
- ||She also just began to believe... That nobody would miss her if she was gone. Nobody seemed to miss her mom expect her and her mom was a good perso, so what about her?||
