Type: Natural Humanoid, Evolving Stand
(Stand evolves once pushed to its limits, forcing itself to become stronger)
ACT 1: Appears as a human, able to control small quantities of water and small sea creatures. The water can be forced down an opponent’s throat, causing them to choke. Some fish such as swordfish and also be weaponized.
ACT 2: Appears as a merman, and can control large amounts of water and can summon fish in stasis to cause them from dying, but still possible to weaponize. Some examples are stingrays, lionfish, and swordfish.
ACT 3: Evolves into a fish-human hybrid, less resembling a merman, but, now appearing as a human with a few scales and gills as well, with large control over saltwater and sea creatures. Small fins are also added. This also allows them to summon a silver trident, acting somewhat like a staff.
Stand Ability: Can cause large tsunamis with the use of a silver trident, when the third ACT is activated.
Stand User: Mizu Revalt
Description: Has a large advantage underwater, and will show slight emotion in facial expressions, but otherwise doesn’t have a personality. Can control both fresh and salt water, and summons a sea lion to ride on for transportation, similar to Made in Heaven, except not attached to the stand itself.
