Why our Brand? What's your favorite piece of clothing & why?

I absolutely love the whole the franchise ever since I could remember. Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta, Intermix, and Old Navy. They always carry all types of clothes for all shapes, sizes, ages, or genders. THE FRENCH TERRY JOGGERS IN BLACK ARE MY ABSOLUTE FAV!!! they're so comfortable and at the same time very stylish.

Describe what great customer service looks like to you?

Good customer service means consistently exceeding customer expectations and going out of your way to help solve the customers problems. For Example, Greeting the customer when they walk into the store with a friendly smile ask them if you can be of service to anything if you see them struggling. Always listen to the best of your ability, and if they say no don't hover! cause It can be very creepy and you never want them to be uncomfortable

Tell me about a recent goal you achieved & how you accomplished it.

A recent goal I've achieved is completing my TWA internship. (which connected me with you guys). It was a 5 week course that consisted of assignments, quizzes, videos, Q and A's, etc. It was a thrilling learning experience that I took advantage of. I turned in every single assignment either on time or before the due date. I asked questions, I gave feedback to my peers, I was up to date with everything that was new. And I passed with flying colors.

Tell me about the last time you made a mistake at work or school. What happened & what did you learn?

A mistake I've made once or twice at school not knowing when to ask for help. In one occasion, I had a science project where I didn't understand anything that was going on but I didn't want to look like the dumb kid so I didn't ask my classmates or my teacher and I ultimately failed the project. One thing I have learned from this repeated past mistake is when to ask for help. I have learned that it is far better to ask for clarification and solve an issue right away than to be unsure. I know that your company emphasizes teamwork and the need to be in constant communication with one another, and I think my ability to ask (and answer) questions of my peers would help me fit in very well with your company culture.

Tell me about a time you had to accomplish a task in a small amount of time. How did you achieve it & what were your results?

I am with an organization called Exposed Learning we help youth find their dream career through programs and activities. We are currently working on a project spreading mental health awareness and the 1st stage was to do our research that had to be done in 1 week . There was multiple tasks that needed to be completed in order for the research to be properly done. I asked our lead for advice on how to prioritize the tasks so I wouldn't overwhelm myself and it was recommended to start from small and work your way up to the bigger tasks. Thanks to the method I ended up finishing up early and had time for other things.

Tell me about a time you had to navigate through competing priorities or a stressful situation. What did you do & what was the result?

Being a high school student, I have multiple conflicting priorities where it can be difficult to know what is most important. My guidance counselor and I worked out an important/urgent scale for rating tasks so that it is clear what takes the highest priority. If something is both important and urgent, it gets highest priority. Important but not urgent is next and urgent but not important is next, then not important and not urgent is last. As a result, my overall productivity in the past year has gone up considerably
