С одной стороны я понимаю, что есть в этом какая-то цель, например быть мобилизованным на случай, если реально случится самое плохое.
Еще с одной стороны, можно подумать, что это отличный способ проработать все свои страхи - разобраться откуда приходят эти самые ужасные варианты и больше их не бояться.
Но с другой стороны, если есть изначальная стратегия всё катастофизировать, то не возможно будет проработать все варианты до конца, мозг будет по этой схеме выдумывать самые разные комбинации худших вариантов.
Проработал вроде момент, что девушка не отравилась, мозг подкинет вариант, что ее сбила машина, проработал этот вариант, потом мозг слепит вариант, что не нее напали маньяки, после проработки этого будет что-то еще подкидывать.
И на самом деле это же проработать нельзя полностью, ведь в действительности я не могу быть на 100% быть уверен, что кого-то не сбила машина или кто-то не отравился из близких.
В итоге как быть? Работать с самой стратегией по катастрофизации событий и избавляться от нее или же есть вариант как использовать ее для проработки всех своих страхов?
Или катастрофизация просто держится на каком-то заряде и надо его проработать и всё?
