We have used the same mapping for these documents that was done on our old production system.
Since this is a very old project, we had requested the testing team to provide us with the specification guide to validate the data
but for some reason we didn't get it.
Thank you so much for sending us the guide. We would go through it and cross check the mapping at our end.
Our old system had some limitations. But I belive that we would be able to fix all the issues in our new system.
Speaking about the data validation testing,
We are currently sending a copy of documents (From current production system) through our new system setup for test purpose.
If these documents fail then we would need you to guide us and give us feedback on why they failed at your end - because of mandatory fields missing/ incorrect mapping/ incorrect format.
That would give us a proper insight of what exactly the issue is.
