Hope all is well! I am reaching out in regards to my instructor job status for this year.

I am currently pursuing full time studies at university during the summer, working part-time at RP4K and working part-time as a back-end developer at SOTI (The company I did my co-op at from January to April hired me to continue working with them part-time while I go to school), and I have some personal commitments going on this summer. So, to be honest with you I think it just hit me that I am spreading myself too thin as my courses are getting more difficult as the term progresses. I need to fix my situation asap before midterms hit in June, -> otherwise I might not be able to put in the proper effort at work which I do not want to happen, because it wouldn't be fair to my students.

Anyways, at this point it is definitely clear to me that I am juggling too much and my only choice is to drop one of the part-time jobs so that I can handle keeping at least one through out the summer. I feel invested in RP4K because of this whole transition into the online platform and I am really enjoying teaching students after receiving lots of positive feedback on my teaching quality from parents.

To sum up, I did the calculations on my expenses, current income and how much I can afford to lose:- I can keep my financial situation stable if I do 1 part-time job at a rate of $30/hour. I know that I put great effort in ensuring my teaching is of the highest quality and dropping my other job will allow me to continue with that same quality of work for RP4K. We can also apply to the government wage subsidy, or any of the new student wage subsidies for this year to soften the cost increase on you. Nonetheless, given my low number of hours, the cost difference for you should be trivial on the payroll but it does make a significant difference for me.

Sorry for the long email, but I would really appreciate your thoughts on how we can proceed and if this can be done so that I can leave my other job.
