We understand your concern that you do not want to return your order 'OD116568138051956000' for 'Skullcandy Ink'd Headset with mic' and know about the Flipkart paylater bill payment.

We're sorry for the trouble you had to go through. We completely understand and this isn't something we would want you to go through.

We looked up your account and found that you had already pay the full payment of your Flipkart paylater account.

Any outstanding due as on the 10th of the month will lead to a late payment penalty. Further delays in payment may lead to deactivation of ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ account and suspension of any further purchases on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile app and Flipkart m-website. Legal action will also be initiated against delinquent customers.

We’d like to let you know that your request for a replacement of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to u with the product being intact.

In case, you're in disagreement with the seller's decision, please share the below details so we can look into this further and reach you.
