Blending In: You are not revealed for a short time (Passive)
For 1s, you are not revealed on the map by mercenaries or minions.

Level 4:
Contracts: Decrease Mana costs (Quest)
Every kill you achieve, mana cost on all abilities are reduced by 2, down to 20
Venomous Knife: Hidden blade does more poison
Increases the poison damage on Hidden by 1.5% of the enemies maximum health
Not Fast Enough: Increase Make it Quicks buffs, but increase health reduction
Movement speed and attack speed are increases by another 20%, and the health reduction is increased by 5%.

Level 7:
In the Chamber: increased Magazine size
Bullets are increased from 5 to 6, and you shoot .2x faster
Thirstier: Decrease Damage necessary for a Devilish Desire stack

Level 10:
Marked For Death: Mark an enemy, revealing their location, slowing them, and decreasing their armor for a duration (Heroic)
Mark an enemy, revealing their location for 30 seconds, decreasing their armor by 20, and slowing them by 30%.
Isolate: Target an opponent and push any others away from them, stunning all. Then deal 25% of the targeted opponents health, and 15% for anyone around (Heroic)
Target an opponent, going through any obstacle to get to them, damaging them for 25% of their health, and anyone around in a 2m radius by 15%, pushing them back 4m.

Level 13:
Aim for the Weak ones: Weaken deals double damage to enemies under half health
Weaken deals 100% damage to enemies that have less than 50% health
No escape: Weaken slows more
Weaken slows by another 30%
The Ol’ 1 2: after shooting an opponent, hidden blade will deal double damage to them for the next couple seconds.
After shooting an opponent, Hidden Blade will deal 100% more damage to that opponent for the next 3 seconds.

Level 16:
Skill shot: Weaken will deal more damage and the range will be increased the longer it is held up
If Weaken is held up for another 1 second, damage is increased by 50% and the range will increase by 25%.
Not even a chance: Make it quick grants unstoppable
Make it quick grants unstoppable for 2 seconds and grants protected if an enemy is killed in the next 5 seconds.
Stabbed through the heart: Hidden blade reduces health for a short duration
Hidden blade decreases target’s health by 15% for 5 seconds.

Level 20:
Hit List: Marked for Death increases Armor decrease (Heroic)
Marked for Death decreases the targeted opponents armor by another 30 and killing them will reset the cool down.
Everyone Dies!: Increases Damage for Isolate (Heroic)
Isolate now deals 30% to target and 25% to surrounding opponents, range is increased by 20m and radius is increased by 5m
Flash bang: Surrounding Opponents are slowed and Blinded (Active)
Surrounding opponents are slowed by 40% and Blinded for 5 seconds
Aiming Lessons: Basic attack damage is increased
Basic attack damage is increased by 75%, and reload speed is reduced by .5 seconds.
