We had reported on recidence portal to vacate notice. We did it on April 25th. We tried to contact another way but recent situation are not allowed talk in person and given notice in person. We try to call using phone but didn't got any response.
We had similar issues with new portal. We sent email about 3rd May regarding to portal issue. We got information from customers support assistant we are process of migration. We got answers from them do no have correct information at time.
We have been lived in this apartment for 2 years. We have spotless history with owners regarding everything single rules. I have made several attempts to find information on April 25th request to leave on portal. I also called them multiple times investigating the loss of our raised ticket regarding leave this apartment. We never got any emails regarding that ticket or get any additional information about that issue. Since leasing office was closed that why we choose use portal.
Raunak was greatly impacted due to panadamic of COVID-19. He might not able to come this country for soon.
We are requesting to date to vacate date to 26th June. Which make compliance with 60 days rule. Which allows us to stay and able to meet deadlines.
