This time came with Lt sided chest pain,Angiography shows triple vessel disease and CABG done on 12/6/20 now S/P surgery increase chest tube output >200ml/hr mostly blood.Re exploration surgery done twice.
Platelets show incremantal decrease since the Feb/20 till now (83,000 pre operation)
send HIT antibodies,Pt,Aptt,D.Dimer,Fibrongen (normal 14/6/20)
Peripheral film reviewed HR6627/HR6658 show adequate platelets.
Likely cause to be local
will revisit after 3 days for reassessment
in the mean while keep on supportive transfusion as per requirement
Plan On revisit is to send PLATELET AGGREGATION STUDIES.(hold antiplatelets 1 day prior of doing the test)
