-Teach Matthew how to preclose and maintain a clean station. When closing Matthew can help me out then clean soup machine.
-Figure a way to effectively organize raw dishes, possibly do pans before close
-preclose a machine before close, talk with Thomas and Zak
-Get jacob to do tasks which preclose line; Fries, Buns, paper products, and counting chicken
