this is my first time writing something in notes in english. so today I wanted to write to you that as I spent half a day so let's start.I tell you in advance that it will be a lot of fun with me I wish you a lot of fun. and to say I will trick you because it is so much easier for me. today I got up at 8 or 9 in the morning. as soon as I got up I went to have lunch, that I had no breakfast. when I had lunch I immediately went to take a shower because I needed to take a shower last night but I was sleepy and I stayed awake until 2 o'clock in the morning. when I took a shower I felt much lighter and I immediately stepped on the scales because I constantly measure my weight even though I have a lot of them for my age, otherwise I am 12 years old now I will be 13 and I weigh 69kg, I know it's a lot for my age and I want to lose weight. last night I stumbled upon an apprenticeship, and it's called the better me. there you first enter your data on how old you are, how tall or tall you are, how many pounds you have, and so on. when you fill it all in then they choose breakfast lunch and dinner for me for example but you have to choose that how many meals to have is at most 5 and at least 2. you have how much water you drink a day, you have exercises to work you have for the whole body you have for special body parts and so on. and you have how many steps you take so that application is very good I recommend it to you. now let's leave that application for a while than to tell you what happened. After that I went to get my laptop so I could watch naruto cartoons I know if you know it but and I recommend it. then I went to bed and watched Naruto until now. and so half a day passed for me, I know it's fast but half a day passed like that for me.
