• All eligible users will get the discount created on their Flipkart account ID as shared: 8th June, 2020, 21:00:00:00 hrs till 20th June, 2020, 23:59:59 – Offer will be configured within 24 hrs after the delivery of the selected Android TV
• After offer configuration, customer can go to Google Nest Mini (2nd Gen) (Charcoal) product page and buy one unit at Rs. 1,999 within 30 days of the Offer configuration to his/her account ID.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This Offer is valid only in India.
2. The Offer is open only to the end consumers and not the resellers of the Eligible Product(s).
3. Offer is non-transferable and is subject to availability of stocks.
4. This Offer is being run by Seller on Flipkart Platform.
5. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
6. Flipkart and/or Seller, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Offer and/or the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
7. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Seller and/or Flipkart.
8. Flipkart and/or Seller shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
9. Flipkart and/or Seller does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of Product(s). Flipkart shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.
10. Customer understands that this Offer and other offers are provided by Seller (s) on the Flipkart platform and Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfilment of the Offer and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards Seller only.
11. This Offer is neither created/owned nor sponsored by Flipkart. Flipkart shall not be responsible if this Offer is in violation with any applicable law.
12. Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart and/or Seller harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
13. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
14. Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only by Seller
15. Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any customer/persons.
16. The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
17. Customer buys a Smartphone / Smart TV on Flipkart during the offer period.
After the Smartphone / Smart TV is delivered to the customer & the Return/Replacement window is closed for the device, the offer would be activated for eligible customers.
Eligible customers will be sent their unique activation URL via SMS by Flipkart.
A unique activation code will also be sent via In-App notification on Flipkart App.
For codes received through SMS / Email
Customer clicks on the link which directs them to Youtube.com for login.
Customer enters their payment method (all Credit cards and some Debit cards that support recurring payments are accepted)
Their 6 month free trial is activated.
Customer will not be charged anything for activating the 6 months subscription. Customer will be charged post the 6 months period if they do not cancel their subscription.
For codes received through In-App Notification on Flipkart
Customer needs to go to youtube.com/redeem and log on to their account.
Customer enters activation code received in the In-app notification.
Eligible customers will be shown that they are getting a 6 month free trial and can click on ‘Try it Free’.
Customer enters their payment method (all Credit cards and some Debit cards that support recurring payments are accepted)
6-month free trial is activated.
