What is the offer?

Buy a Smartphone / Smart TV during the offer period and get a 6-month YouTube Premium Free Trial.
What is the offer duration?

Offer valid on Smartphones or Smart TVs purchased between 00:00 hrs on 15th May 2020 & 23:59 hrs on 18 June 2020 only. Offer dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of Flipkart.
What are the other conditions to avail the offer?

Offer applicable for new YouTube Premium trial users only. If a customer has availed a trial offer previously, then the offer is not valid. You can check your subscription details for YouTube Premium at https://www.youtube.com/paid_memberships
To avail offer on YouTube, customer needs to mandatorily update credit/debit card details
Offer not valid in case of cancellation/return of linked Smartphone/Smart TV order.
You need to provide the correct & updated mobile number & email address with Flipkart to receive the offer code.
Where and when will I receive the Youtube code?

A unique Activation Link will be sent to you via SMS by Flipkart on your registered mobile number and an In-App notification will also be sent in your Flipkart app with the unique code.
Activation code & unique URL will be sent on or before 25th July 2020.
Activation code will be sent after Smartphone / Smart TV delivery, at the end of the device replacement window only.
What is the validity of the youtube Code?

Last date for code redemption on YouTube is 31st July 2020 only.
Where should I contact in case code is not received?

You can check for the activation link in your SMS received from Flipkart on your registered mobile number.
You can also check the in-app notification received on the respective account on Flipkart App.
Please also check in the email received from Flipkart on the registered email id.
In case you are unable to find the code in the above-mentioned channels, please contact Flipkart Customer Care.
Where should I contact in case of "unable to redeem the offer"?

Please check your existing subscription details for YouTube Premium at https://www.youtube.com/paid_memberships
In case you are an existing subscriber or trial user, you will not be able to redeem the code.
If you are eligible but still unable to claim an offer, ensure you are on the correct redemption portal i.e. youtube.com/redeem
If you are on the correct portal and unable to claim, clear your internet cache and try again. You can also try claiming from a mobile browser.

How to Avail the YouTube Premium Free Trial Offer?

Customer buys a Smartphone / Smart TV on Flipkart during the offer period.
After the Smartphone / Smart TV is delivered to the customer & the Return/Replacement window is closed for the device, the offer would be activated for eligible customers.
Eligible customers will be sent their unique activation URL via SMS by Flipkart.
A unique activation code will also be sent via In-App notification on Flipkart App.
For codes received through SMS / Email
Customer clicks on the link which directs them to Youtube.com for login.
Customer enters their payment method (all Credit cards and some Debit cards that support recurring payments are accepted)
Their 6-month free trial is activated.
Customer will not be charged anything for activating the 6 months subscription. Customer will be charged post the 6 months period if they do not cancel their subscription.
For codes received through In-App Notification on Flipkart
Customer needs to go to youtube.com/redeem and log on to their account.
Customer enters activation code received in the In-app notification.
Eligible customers will be shown that they are getting a 6-month free trial and can click on ‘Try it Free’.
Customer enters their payment method (all Credit cards and some Debit cards that support recurring payments are accepted)
6-month free trial is activated.
Customer will not be charged anything for activating the 6 months subscription. Customer will be charged post the 6 months period if they do not cancel their subscription.
