Jeong. I've just finished my freshmen year at Phillips Academy, Andover. I've been at Stempia for around 3 years.
A secretary's main job seems to be recording meetings and making sure that groups within the organization are communicating well. To this end, I think that my greatest skill for this aspect is just that I can type pretty fast. My average words per minute right now is around 120, so you can trust that I'll be able to get everything down and to you after every meeting.
Additionally, I am quick at answering emails and phone calls, and will make sure that our projects remain organized and in-coordination with each other. As a result of living in a dorm for most of the past school year, I am accustomed to having to communicate with people in California frequently through phone calls and email, and I believe that this experience will transfer to secretarial duties, as well.
So yea, please vote for me to be the secretary!
