Popis
Česnekový dip je super příloha k většině pokrmů. Celkem se skláda z 5 surovin a koření a je hotový za velmi krátkou dobu. Jako příloha se perfektně hodí k masům, křupavému pečivu, zeleným fazolkám nebo i k batátovým hranolkům.
Ingredience:
Majolka Helmanz
Zakysaná smetana 18% Pilos
Bilý jogurt 10% Pilos
Česnek
Pažitka / Petrželka
Sůl, bylinkový pepř, sušené bylinky
Příprava
První krok je smíchaní majolky, zakysané a jogurtu. Osobně volím množství podle poměru a pak si jen upravuji množství lžic.
Poměr je 2:3:3 - to znamená: na 2 lžíce majolky se použijí 3 lžíce zakysané smetany a 3 lžíce jogurtu.
Dále se nadrtí nebo nastrouhá několik množství česneku. Většinou volím 3 stroužky na jednu dávku. Záleží však na preferencích konzumníku - tudíž dle chuti :-)
Pokud je sezóna, tak neodmyslitelnou částí tvoří bylinky, konkrétně pažitka nebo petrželka. Na jednu dávku použít přibližně hrst čerstvých bylinek. Pokud nemáme čestvé bylinky, je možné použít zamražení nebo sušené. Osobně používám Antonínovi bylinky z e-shopu koreni.cz
Vše následně zamícháme a ochutnáme. Teď bude záležet na preferencích. Někdo má radší více chuti majolky, někdo spíše ne. Přídáváme tedy požadované množství, podle toho, jakou výslednou chuť si přejeme spíše cítit.
Poslední krok je koření. Stačí přidat trochu soli a pepře (po špetkách), promíchat a postupně ochutnávat a dolaďovat :-) Je také možné přidat další sušené bylinky.
