Kdo by neměl rád palačinky. Jednoduché a dobré, stejně jako tento recept
Ingredience.
Hladká mouka 500g
Mléko 400ml
Vejce 3ks
Řepkový olej
Sůl
Cukr
Skořice
Marmeláda dle volby
Příprava
Rozbijeme vajíčka, přidáme mléko, špetku cukru, 1 nebo 2 lžíce cukru a trochu skořice a promícháme.
Následně postupně přidáváme všechnu mouchu a promícháme.
Na plotně si rozpálíme pánev - ideálně pánev na palačinky. Když je pánev rozpálená přidáme trochu řepkového oleje a rozetřeme ho po pánvi (je možné použít i jiný olej/tuk). Přídáme jednu naběračku těsta a smažíme. Když je palačinka zlatavá otáčíme a děláme druhou stranu. Následně přendáváme na talíř a celý proces opakujeme.
Náplň palačinek a jejich formá podávání je na každém znás :-). Dobrou chuť.
