I am having pain in my stomach, having burning sensations on my penis and just a bit unhealthy..
So, I guess its time to stop this for a few days ...
Firstly, for the Next 24 hrs, from now on 2:30 , I will only eat healthy. (No matter what, no junk food)
Secondly, for the Next 48 hrs, from now, I will try my best to watch no seductive or pornographic material, or just try to avoid these kind of videos..youtube, tv series or anything ..
And Lastly, most imporatant of all, I won't fap for the next 36 Hrs ; one and half day...
So lets see how I feel after doing the above things !
