Homework should be banned plan

Intro: Reason of writing to headteacher (to ban homework) - make the audience aware.
1st paragraph: Make a point on why it should be banned. Elaborate the situation and make the point very clear with some exaggeration.
Points: We have 5 days of school and 2 days of actual rest, and homework on top makes it unfair.
2nd paragraph: Make 2nd point and explain. Why should we do homework when we do 7 hours of work a day and 35 hours a week! - Statistic - good to include in persuasive writing. Giving facts makes your points stronger.
3rd paragraph- Make your last and final point. This point should be one of the best points.
Conclusion- Give a comment to the president to wish him the best and sincerely.

To Mr Johnson,

I am Mikail Aziz, a secondary school student.. I am here writing to you about why homework should be banned in the United Kingdom. This is why.

Firstly, many students across the schools in the United Kingdom study for 7 hours a day at school. This is 35 hours a week! If we get homework, this makes students stressed and nervous as they know they face big trouble if it isn’t handed on time. This is really unfair as it is! We should have no homework as we don’t forget homework for 2 days. The weekend is a time to relax and have a day off, not do homework.

Secondly, homework makes students very tired, as they could be doing it at night. This means they will sleep late and not be fully concentrated at school. 7 hours is very long, and if we get 6 lessons a day and 6 homeworks, then that's a lot to complete, it's unbearable!

Furthermore, the third reason why I believe homework should be banned from school across the world is because it takes away and can completely mess up students’ sleep cycles, which can cause them to receive dangerous or plainly annoying health issues. Some people might say that it is the student's fault that they are sleeping late. What they have not realized and considered is that most students live far away from school! According to ESS (Education Scheme Specifications), 10-12 hours of sleep each night is beneficial for a student to wake up with a fresh mind, however 75% of students do not sleep within those amount of hours. Why? Because of homework. Please understand.
